CAATCH is a community of Asian American mental health professionals who have come together to deepen and sharpen our understanding of how to better help Asian Americans address and heal from the issues impacting our community.
We started in 2016 as a small group of counselors and mental health workers who met to talk through some of the unique struggles that Asian Americans face in the area of mental health.
From this collaboration, CAATCH (Community of Asian American Therapists in Chicagoland), was born.
CAATCH does not employ the clinicians on this site.
All practitioners are independent clinicians who conduct their practices as such and are solely responsible for their respective practices.
We strongly believe that mental health is a critical part of healing, growing, thriving, and making a difference in this world.
We seek to destigmatize mental health issues and make it as easy to talk about as anything else. We have been there and know how hard it can be.
Thank you for your interest in our community.
