Do you feel isolated and disconnected from others? Do you feel overwhelmed and stuck? Do you find yourself ruminating on the past or feeling worried about the uncertainties of the future? Whether you're going through a new life transition, feeling overwhelmed by the demands of life, or trying to make meaning of the past, you deserve a safe space to sort through your experiences. You deserve a space where you can be your real self and not have to put on a mask, where you feeI truly heard and known.

I specialize in working with clients who are navigating relationship conflict, anxiety, grief and loss, and life transitions. I approach my work with curiosity and warmth. My clients leave sessions feeling a sense of clarity and greater sense of connection with themselves, their purpose, and with others. I approach therapy from a relational, insight-oriented, and strengths based perspective. I find the most fulfillment in helping my clients take back agency in their lives so they can make decisions from a place of authenticity, self trust, and empowerment.

I identify as 1.5 generation Chinese American and grew up in the Christian faith. I am attuned to what it is like to navigate between two or more cultures and the struggle of feeling in-between. I am passionate about helping you navigate themes of identity and exploring how your identities influence the way you see yourself and the world. I understand the challenge of trying to forge your own individual path while balancing cultural and societal pressures of what success looks like. I believe that we are all doing the best we can with what we know and what we have. My hope is that through our work together, you will feel lighter and have the tools to move through challenges and live a life that is aligned with your purpose. Growth is possible when we feel safe, supported, and seen.

Outside of work I enjoy spending time with friends, jogging along the lakeshore, exploring coffee shops, and watching comedy shows.

Therapy is an investment in yourself. If you're ready to begin the conversation, I would be honored to walk alongside you in your journey.
