  • Samuel Lee, ALMFT

Associate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist

Unexpected problems, and challenging seasons can cause you to forget the things that truly matter.

As your worries and frustrations grow - life can lose both meaning and joy.

In these moments, it’s very easy to isolate, withdraw, and avoid. “Keeping your head down” is a great temporary strategy to get through a tough moment.

Or you might be very skilled at “pretending” that you’re OK on the outside, while you hide the truth on the inside. This can be really helpful when your family and friends depend on you to provide for them.

How can you stop and take care of yourself when the stakes are so high?

Either way, you deserve help and support.

I work with individual men (18+) and boys (12-17) to work through life’s challenges, disappointments, and losses with courage and integrity.

I also work with couples across the lifespan (pre-marital to retirement) who are suffering from deep disconnection and the longing to be close once more.

This work is hard. That’s why I will walk with you every step of the way and prioritize your goals. We’ll partner together and use evidence-based methods to get your health and happiness back on track.

Therapy isn’t just about solving problems. It’s also about enjoying your life and creating close connections with your loved ones.

I received my BA in Biblical Studies from Moody Bible Institute in 2018 and received my MA in Marriage and Family Therapy from Wheaton College in 2022. I focus on providing emotion focused therapy and experiential therapy to help my clients work towards their therapeutic goals.
