I am a licensed marriage and family therapist who is passionate about helping those who are stuck revisiting old issues. I provide a warm and nonjudgmental atmosphere so you can let your guard down and explore. I work with you to get to the core of your sadness, worries, or frustration so you can begin to process, heal, and reach your optimal emotional well being.

I am trained in EFT (Emotionally Focused Therapy) which explores your attachment style and perhaps, unanswered cause of your marital/relational conflicts; I've done Gottman Stage One Training to help couples communicate more effectively; I'm certified in Prepare/Enrich Assessment to help premarital couples (and married couples) to enhance their relationship skills; and I am an actively participating member of Perinatal Consultation Group of Northwestern University's The Family Institute.

I have given numerous presentations regarding stress management, cultural impact on immigrant mental health, dealing with marital conflicts, and women's mental health to reach out to the Asian American communities to emphasize the pertinence of our mental well being.
