  • Joshua Wei

    Graduate Intern Therapist

As an Asian American, I am continuously learning about how my experiences have shaped my identity. Coupled with finding healing in my own therapy, I’ve grown to see the value in promoting mental health and its impact on both an individual and collective level.

I am passionate about working alongside:
    - college students and young adults who are adjusting to life’s transitions and challenges.
    - clients who are processing their religious backgrounds and experiences.
    - individuals who are experiencing cultural issues and/or intergenerational conflicts.

My goal is to provide a space where you are safe to be your authentic self and fully accepted regardless of your background, worldview/religion, sexual orientation, etc. Together, we will process your emotions and thoughts, experience healing, and develop ways for you to face life’s challenges. I look forward to supporting and walking alongside you!

I am thankful for the opportunity to meet with clients as I complete my master’s degree in Counseling at Dallas Theological Seminary. In my free time, I love to play tennis, explore coffee shops, and walk along the lake.
