  • Jin Lee, LCPC

    Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor

    Jin Lee has a passion for guiding people through various stages of life from the teenage years to the golden years. He specializes in helping individuals, couples, and families navigate their way of living when emotional, mental, spiritual, and relational problems become too difficult. Jin has worked as a professional counselor in youth residential programs and private practices working mostly with adults and couples. He currently practices at Illinois Professionals Health Program and offers private practice based on clinical and Christian perspectives at The Living Counsel Ltd.


    Jin’s approach to professional counseling is unique due to the combination of his training and experiences. Jin has been working as a counselor since 2005 and has been serving as a pastor to various churches since 1998. He received an M.A. in Counseling Psychology and an M.Div. at Trinity International University and
    recently completed his D.Min. in Leadership from Lincoln Christian University. His approach to therapy integrates clinical, theological, and leadership perspectives based on the nature of the client’s needs. He utilizes Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) method for trauma-related issues. As a 1.5 Korean-American immigrant, Jin also understands the cultural dynamics in mental health.
