Therapy is not only about easing pain—it is about discovering who you are when the pain quiets down. I work with adults who feel a pull toward personal growth, deeper self-understanding, and spirituality. My approach is psychodynamic, Jungian, and developmental, creating a reflective space where you can slow down, listen inward, and make sense of the story your life has been telling. I am especially drawn to working with therapists who need a place to process their own countertransference, and with artists and creative individuals who wrestle with the emotional and existential weight of creativity.

I have a profound appreciation for Eastern Asian culture, philosophy, and spirituality, and with my value of growth and openness, I taught at Oakton Community College and Elgin Community College. Later, I completed my Master's in Counseling at Northwestern University with the science and depth of psychology.

I sit with adults who are tired of repeating the same struggles and long to grow beyond them. Therapy sessions are a learning process of reflecting on yourself, rather than only supporting. I help clients align their personality and values while also exploring emotions as pathways to awareness and transformation.

Once you strengthen your inner connection, it leads you to your nature: love and freedom. You can connect yourself, others, and the world. You will feel not only safe but also fulfilled by integrating all of your darkness and shineness. In our sessions, insight is not the end—it is the beginning. When awareness meets practice, change becomes real.
