          Eunia Lee, LCPC, SEP

          Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor
          Somatic Experiencing Practitioner

Has an important relationship in your life left you exhausted? You may appear happy and strong on the outside, while on the inside, you feel confused, frustrated, hurt, and angry. You're not proud of how you're reacting. You feel stuck in the same old patterns.

Whether you are in a difficult or destructive relationship or have faced other overwhelming experiences, you don't have to stay stuck. You don't have to keep having anger outbursts, stomach problems, or getting sick so often. You don't have to continue feeling so nervous in certain situations. You can get a handle on panic attacks, flashbacks, or chronic pain. You can regain motivation on those days when it's hard to get going. You don't have to stay dependent on overeating, over-spending or compulsively doing other things that feel out of control.

You can respond better in relationships and feel more at ease in life. I can help you heal and grow relationally and personally. In addition to talk therapy, I use body-based approaches that will help you increase your capacity to handle life's various stressors, move past stuck places, and feel more like yourself. I can also incorporate your faith into our sessions if you would like.

When I'm not working, I'm enjoying my friends, family, and church, watching movies with my husband, adoring my dogs, and munching on fun snacks all day long.

I look forward to working with you.
