  • Eric Seto, PsyD

    Licensed Clinical Psychologist

Many young adults and working professionals experience life transitions, career stressors, and relationship challenges during this season of life that contribute to chronic feelings of sadness, isolation, and worry. Or perhaps past hurts resurface and we find ourselves having a tough time getting over them. Sometimes in these instances, we hesitate to involve the ones closest to us and, though it can be scary to confide in a therapist, we recognize that we could truly benefit from an objective perspective.

Imagine being able to effectively work through the challenges you're facing in a safe and nonjudgmental environment. My clients leave feeling empowered and confident, and discover a renewed ability to tackle the difficulties in their lives. They find the capacity to once again fully embrace and value their unique life circumstances.

In order to accommodate busy family, work, and school schedules, I offer a variety of daytime, evening, and weekend appointments so you can continue to be active with your existing commitments. Together, we'll create a plan to resolve what you are wrestling with and to get you back on track. Contact me to schedule a free phone consultation.
