  • Christina Deli, LMFT

    Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist

As the youngest child in my family, I view the world with curiosity and wonderment. For this reason, I am keenly attentive to individual differences and am convinced that everyone’s story is sacred. For me, therapy is a collaborative process. I honor my clients in a safe space in order to nurture the change that occurs in the context of relationship.

My clinical lens is filtered through my faith, and my approach centers mainly around relational dynamics, be it with others, or with God. My multicultural background and training informs how I attune to others, and I am not afraid to meet you where you are in your pain and listen to your story patiently while working with you to discover new and fresh ways of relating.

Ultimately, I seek to journey with clients who are vulnerable or feeling overwhelmed with issues such as marital discord, parental challenges, anxiety, depression, emotional regulation, and issues specific to women. I am committed to helping you understand the thoughts and emotions that drive your behaviors and discover the best way(s) to approach and tackle them constructively.

When I’m not in the office, I enjoy exploring parks and cafes with my husband and young son.
